To a fair business clear legal rules belong. Here are ours:

general trading conditions

Foreign transactions in principle we ship merchandise only against cash before delivery. That is after your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation of order with the accurate invoice amount (including merchandise and forwarding expenses).

You transfer this amount under indication of your customer data (which you will find on the confirmation of order). The merchandise is shipped immediately to you after receipt of payment.

We supply world-wide, also to overseas by DHL express. You can select between Economy ( cheapest way for example 10kg cost approximately. 40 € to Florida,USA delivery time approximately 10-14 days) or Premium (fastest way for example10kg cost approximately 75 € to Florida,USA, shipping time approximately 5 days). Actuall shipping expenses are on your order confirmation which we send to you by mail or fax.

We accept returns gladly if they are shipped to us prepaid. We ask for your understanding that if the package is sent COD, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. We ask that you pack well, as the packages go throught numerous (rough) hands and over many shipping bands.

Exchanges and returns cost both parties in time and work expended. In order to ensure a smooth operational sequence we ask you to consider the following points :

	The merchandise must have been bought from us. Therefore please include a copy of the invoice or indicate your customer and invoice number.
	Please let us know as soon as possible by telephone that you will be returning an article. Possibly the problem can be solved in this discussion.
	The return should take place in a short time frame, the latest after 30 days of receiving articles. An exchange or a credit is possible only with a copy of the invoice. Please keep your receipts.
	Merchandise can be returned only in original packaging, intact and unused. Please package well, as we can not be made responsible for damaged returns.
	There is a restocking fee of 10% of the commodity value on returns for which we are not to blame.Special orders or special productions are nonrefundable.
	The buyer bears the costs such as shipping expenses in connection with an exchange. On exchanges for which we are to blame we take over these costs. No further regress is possible.
	Excluded from exchange are special productions, literature and electronic items such as relays, bulbs, regulators etc.

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise we will take it back according to German laws, exchange it for another or issue a merchandise credit.

We have a 24 months warranty on all new parts. There may be different or additional warranties on the respective product description.

On KEIHAN SYSTEM exhaust systems the manufacturer garants the unusual warranty of 10 years for the first owner.

Our list prices in € include the legal value added tax which is presently 19%. Shipping expenses consist of a 2,50 € lump sum for handling plus the postage costs.
